What is your Cancelation Policy?

30+ days prior:

  • Full refund.

15–29 days prior:

  • With Trip Protection: Refund issued less online booking fees and trip protection fee.
  • Without Trip Protection: No refund. Gift Certificate only.

1–14 days prior:

  • No refunds under any circumstance.
  • With Trip Protection: Gift Certificate issued less fees.
  • Without Trip Protection: No refund or credit.
🧊 Will there be a cooler on the boat?

Each charter comes with a cooler stocked with iced waters and plenty of room for your beverages during the trip.

🚫 What is NOT included?

Gratuity for the captain, food, drinks, sunscreen, and personal items are not included unless otherwise stated.

How many people can you accommodate on a trip?

All of our trips are private, meaning you book us by the boat not by the seat. Per the US Coast Guard we are licensed up to 6 passengers.

📍 Where do we meet for the charter?

Meeting location and parking details will be emailed after booking. Please arrive 15–30 minutes early.

What is the return policy?

If there’s any issue with freshness or quality, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.

Do you sell live lobster?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we offer local delivery in the Key West area. Pickup options may also be available.

Is your seafood sustainably harvested?

We follow Florida regulations and work with licensed fishermen to ensure sustainable and legal harvesting practices.

How are your merch items made?

All merchandise is made to order through our print-on-demand partners. This helps reduce waste and keeps our designs exclusive.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12–24 hours of purchase. After production starts, changes are not possible.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us and we’ll make it right.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
